Press cylinders

In the past Vremac has designed and delivered many presses for all kinds of application. We now focus on the cylinders, rather than the total machine.

The design criteria for press cylinders depend very much on the end product, that the press produces, as well as the production cycle (20 times a minute and 24/7 365/year or once a day).

Cylinders are usual built from a solid (click to go to example drawing). Welds in bottom and hydraulic connections are not durable in this kind of application. The rod material and surface coating, as well as the piston and rod guides are determined in close coörperation with our engineering staff and yourself (or your customer when necessary).
